沉浸式体验中医药文化 留学生直呼“太震撼” International Students Marvel at Immersive Traditional Chinese Medicine Experience

6月11日，江西国际传播高校联盟“我在江西读大学”系列活动走进江西中医药大学，来自江西财经大学、东华理工大学、江西科技学院、南昌工程学院和江西中医药大学5所高校的20余名师生开启了一场别开生面的“江西中医药文化之旅”。此次活动通过沉浸式体验和互动教学，向国际师生全方位展示了中医药文化的独特魅力。
On June 11， the Jiangxi International Communication University Alliance brought its ＂My University Life in Jiangxi＂ program to Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine. A delegation of over 20 faculty members and international students from five universities—Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics， East China University of Technology， Jiangxi University of Technology， Nanchang Institute of Technology， and Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine—embarked on a unique ＂Journey into Jiangxi＇s Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） Culture.＂ Through immersive experiences and interactive teaching， the event showcased the distinctive charm of TCM culture to international participants.
当天上午，师生们首先来到江西中医药文化馆，在讲解员的引导下，依次参观了中国传统医学厅、中国传统药学厅和江西中医药文化厅。从《黄帝内经》的经典理论到江西地方特色中医药发展脉络，丰富的展陈内容让国际师生对中医药的悠久历史和深厚底蕴有了更深刻的认识。东华理工大学的乌干达留学生Matende Ibrahim Luoman（中文名：光亮）深有感触：“最让我震撼的是中医‘天人合一’的整体观，这和我家乡乌干达的治病理念完全不同。我们主要用草药，而中医还有针灸、拔罐这么多神奇的方法！”
In the morning， the group first visited the Jiangxi TCM Culture Museum. Guided by the docent， they explored the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hall， Traditional Chinese Pharmacy Hall， and Jiangxi TCM Culture Hall. From the classical theories of Huangdi Neijng to the development of Jiangxi＇s local TCM practices， the abundant exhibits gave international participants a deeper understanding of TCM＇s long history and profound heritage. Matende Ibrahim Luoman， a Ugandan student from East China University of Technology， was deeply impressed， “What surprised me most was TCM＇s principle of ＇harmony between humanity and nature.＇ Back in Uganda， we mainly use herbal remedies， but here， TCM has so many therapies—like acupuncture and Guasha！＂
随后的中药美绘课堂上，师生们体验了一场中医药与传统国画的艺术对话。授课老师以牡丹等中药材为例，从观察药材形态到构图设计、上色润饰，详细讲解如何运用国画技法表现药材的形态特征。师生们手持狼毫笔，对照着授课老师的作品凝神作画。留学生们将朱砂颜料与藤黄慢慢调匀，在宣纸上晕染出药材的渐变色泽，指导老师不时俯身指点绘画技巧。
Later， in a Chinese medicinal art painting class， participants experienced an artistic dialogue between TCM and traditional Chinese painting. The instructor used medicinal herbs like peony as examples， guiding them from observing the herbs＇ forms to sketching compositions and applying colors. Holding calligraphy brushes， the students focused intently on recreating the instructor’ s artwork. They carefully blended pigments like cinnabar and gamboge to create gradient hues on rice paper， while the instructor offered personalized guidance.
中午的特色药膳体验，让师生们在品尝参芪鱼头汤、茯苓酿豆腐等美食的同时，深入理解“药食同源”的中医养生理念。下午的活动更加精彩纷呈。在江西中医药大学附属医院，师生们不仅见识了融合现代科技的热敏灸机器人，还亲身体验了针灸、推拿等传统诊疗技术。来自江西科技学院的科特迪瓦留学生Mobie Boka Israel Emmanuella（中文名：莫比）表示：“一开始看到拔罐我还有点害怕，但体验后发现特别神奇，整个人都轻松了！”
During lunch， participants enjoyed specialty medicinal cuisine， including dishes like ginseng－astragalus fish head soup and poria cocos－stuffed tofu， deepening their understanding of TCM’ s ＂Medicine－Food Homology＂ principle. The afternoon activities were even more engaging. At the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine， the group witnessed modern technological integrations like heat－sensitive moxibustion robot and personally experienced traditional therapies such as acupuncture and tuina massage. Mobie Boka Israel Emmanuella， an international student from C?te d’Ivoire， studying at Jiangxi University of Technology， shared， ＂At first， I was so scared of trying cupping. But after trying， I think it’s very amazing and comfortable.＂
据悉，江西国际传播高校联盟充分发挥平台优势，整合全省高校优质资源，精心打造了景德镇陶瓷文化、中医药文化、鄱阳地方文化和中华水文化等系列品牌活动，构建起多元立体的文化传播体系。未来，联盟将持续创新文化传播方式，深化国际交流合作，进一步提升江西文化的国际影响力，为促进中外人文交流贡献江西高校的智慧和力量。
Jiangxi International Communication University Alliance leverages its platform advantages to integrate high－quality resources from universities across the province， meticulously organizing branded cultural activities such as Jingdezhen ceramic culture， TCM culture， Poyang local culture， and Chinese water culture. These efforts have established a diverse and multidimensional cultural communication system. Moving forward， the alliance will continue to innovate cultural dissemination methods， deepen international exchanges， further enhance the global influence of Jiangxi’s culture， and contribute the wisdom and strength of Jiangxi’s universities to promote cross－cultural dialogue between China and the world.
